Re: Paper jammed under carriage....how do I get to the...
From HP:
Clear paper jam
-
Turn off the all-in-One and turn it so the back of the unit faces you.
-
Disconnect the power cord from the back of the All-in-One. The power cord must be disconnected to remove all power from the All-in-One. The paper feed rollers would not turn freely until all power is removed.
-
Turn the dial on the rear access door to the unlocked position and remove it.
Inspect the rollers on the rear access door and make sure that they are clean and turn freely. If necessary, clean the rollers with a soft towel lightly moistened with water
-
Gently pull the jammed paper from the back of the All-in-One.
-
Reinstall the rear access door after removing the jammed paper. Turn the locking dial clockwise as far as possible to securely lock the door or paper skewing may occur.
-
Remove all the paper from the paper supply tray and inspect it for damaged edges. Remove any paper that is not in a good condition. If the paper has already been printed on once, replace it with fresh paper. Even up the stack of paper and reinsert it.

Reconnect the power cord and turn on the All-in-One
