Water leak under GE Profile refridgerator when using door water

- As the water control valve sounds to me that something is restricting the flow through either the water control valve or a flow meter which I hope is not the problem. The water control valve has 3 solenoids and we need someone to unplug the wires and measure the resistance in each coil. It is possible the coil for the dispenser is defective. When checking with an OHM meter all 3 should show the same or close to the same amount of resistance. Here is a photo of the valve. We also should check the flow of water before getting to the valve and after leaving the valve. Sea Breeze
