Question about Car Audio & Video
HELLO MY NAME IS DION AND I HAVE RECENTLY ADDED 1 KICKER 1 CHANNEL, AND A 4 CHANNEL KICKER AMP TO MY CAR. TWO MONTHS PAST AND I WANTED MORE POWER FOR MY SUB SO I DECIDED TO ADD ANOTHER AMP AND ANOTHER SPEAKER. ONE WEEK PAST MY 4 CHANNEL AMPLIFER STOP WORKING, NO MID-RANGE, NO HIGHT. THE 4 CHANNEL AMP INDICATOR KEEP COMING ON AND OFF CONSTANTLY. WHAT CAUSES THAT AND HOW CAN I SOLVE THE PROBLEM.................Thanks Dion.....................................
Disconnect all speaker wires and signal cables from the amp. If it powers up, the wiring needs to be checked. If it still shuts down, the amp likely has blown output transistors.
