i had reformatted my FUJITSU LIFEBOOK laptop..but unfortunately u lost the audio and video/graphics drivers..my computer keeps telling me that i dont have MULTIMEDIA AUDO CONTROLLER..

here are informations about my computer:
OS: Microsoft Windows XP Professional (5.1, Build 2600)
system manufacturer: FUJITSU
system model:
bios: PhoenixBIOS 4.0 Release 6.0
processor: mobile intel(R) 4 - M CPU 1.70GHz

hope this infos could help..

it's still me abo..
i strongly believe u could help me figure out this problem of mine..

you got it right about my MULTIMEDIA AUDIO CONTROLLER, it has an exclamation mark on it and if I try to intstall it "Cannot Install this Hardware" is the thing my computer says..

and about that patch..i have really no idea about it..please help me..this is my e-mail address: abowafu.j@gmail.com

- i i just reinstalled my laptop fujitsu s6120 and i have no sound and no drive i tried to download them but when i press next the files will download and then a window will open with more files in it i dont know how to install it from there. i have no sound now pls help. - romklu

Hi there... :)
Have you check the device manager? (click "Run" on the "Start Menu" or press "Win+R" key on keyboard then type "devmgmt.msc" <--without quote)
If your multimedia card displayed with exclamation mark on it and then when you install the driver it says "No device Found" or The driver couldn't installed.
I thought that your problem is HDAudio patch - KB888111 - from microsoft.
(but they don't provide the download link)
You could goggling for the patch or if you provide me your email I could send it for you.
