We cannot get the audio to play. We have attached the red/white cables several different ways. Suggestions?

Not sure what type of audio system you are refering to, however, if it is an AV receiver, get into the systems main setup menu and toggle to "Audio" or "Input Selection" and set audio to either "Analog" or "Auto". If this does not help, post a comment with the make and model of the system in question and I can help you further. Hope this helps.
