Bosch NEXXT 500 SERIES washer Makes knocking sound while spinning
bosch washer machine makes loud noise during spinning cycle. we moved from recently, I was wondering if something went wrong in the trasportation?

make sure you loads are balanced, put heaviest clothes in first... if you can rock it by hand then the legs are not adjusted properly. If you stand 2 feet away from front of machine, jump up and down and see it move the floor is soft and you need 2 sheets of plywood to make 1 1/2 inches put under the machine
