The FAQS for your printer suggest for your problem (banded or strewaked prints) you perform this actions:

and in the "Please enter your question..." textbox type "banded printing".
- Perform a manual print alignment
- Perform a deep print head cleaning
- Check if all orange tape was removed from print ink tank(s)
- Select correct Media Type Settings for the paper you are using
- Change the print quality settings.
