My Philips model 47pfl6704d/f7 does not come on when you push power button. A red light flashes 4 times and then nothing.

Sounds like back - light problem. Check and replace damaged component/s at its back-light inverter board, or replace this board as card basis. If you wish to get some details; check the site linked here. Surf the site with patience. Pull up older posts. It will be best to replace the inverter board as card basis.

To some model sets; especially LED back-lighted types; the back-light inverter circuit will be part of the main power supply board [SMPS]. In such cases, the power supply board might need replacement. To some models sets, the back-light inverter and SMPS section circuit will be integrated at its main board itself. If so; the main board should be replaced. To some models of sets, all these section circuit will be integrated at its main board. If this is the case, you have to replace the main board.

If set is dead, no power begin by looking for and at the main fuse it has.

To turn off the service light that is flashing red on your V4 BHM ceiling lift, you have to proceed this way:
1- Power off the lift with the red cord
2- On the hand controller, push on the PROG + RETURN button at the same time and maintaint it
3- Power on the lift
4- Keep pushing on both buttons, and push in order: UP, DOWN, LEFT, RIGHT.
5-The green light will flash and the buzzer will beep 5 times
6- Release all buttons on the hand controller.
7-Push on the UP button many times, till your hear 4 beeps
8-Push the PROG button once.
9-Push on the LEFT button many times, till your hear 3 beeps
10- Push the PROG button once.
11-Power off the lift with the red cord, then back on.
The service light should be off.

Sorry, but there is no simple answer to your problem.
Bottom line, it needs to be repaired by a qualified technician.
The blinking is a code for what circuit area of the set called for the shutdown.
No matter what it is, there is nothing more you can do.

turn tv on picture comes up 2to3 seconds later tv blacks out then stand by red light flashes 4 times in a row repeatedly..can not turn on or off when stand by light starts flashing but before tv blacks out you can turn tv on and off repeatedly and picture and sound work.You have to unplug power cord for 30 seconds after stand by light comes on to get tv to turn on.
