Hi,
I have a Logitech MX1000 wireless laser mouse - model number is M-RAG97. Logitech's customer support people are ____ing useless, just direct me around and around in circles.
I need to find somewhere that sells replacement RF receivers for the MX1000, or compatible ones. Thanks.

you could try this receiver LINK but I think you will need to contact logitec by email with request, or purchase complete unit.
I did notice this from logitec though...
Q: Can I use my MX1000 with another receiver?
A: Currently the MX1000 requires its own receiver for full functionality. You may connect it to another receiver; however, we do not recommend it because the SetPoint software may not correctly detect it and you will lose the possibility to program the buttons
