Question about Mag Innovision LT776s 17" LCD Monitor
I have a LT776s monitor from MAG, I have found many sites with the same problem I'm having. Anyway, I tested the LCD and backlight on another monitor I have, and it works fine, I also tested the speakers, and they work fine, while in the monitor, so I figure its not the powersupply or the lcd pannel itself. I pulled out a little board it has the vga connector and power input and 2 rca connectors in it. on a chip thing on the board it says MRT MASCOT VP2 R46711.1 0305 and it has a little wire thing that attached to the lcd pannel itself and it says 631-030-j007-D. I think this is the broken part, and all the parts are to small to soldier for myself, so I was wondering if you could tell me where to find the part. Thanks...
Sounds more like the backlights

I just changed my video card and after turning up my screen refresh rate (Hz) my monitor started doing the same thing. Monitor worked great for a long time but now its done! The only thing I can think of is that it has to have 60Hz, turn it up for gaming and its too sensitive to frequency. By the way, mine will turn on after a few power cycles.
