IF IT,S A COBY AND YOU HAVE IT FOR ONE MONTH, TAKE IT
BACK TO WHERE YOU GOT IT AND GET ANOTHER ONE!
I HAD TO BRING ONE BACK TO WALMART THAT HAD FOR
LESS THAN A MONTH. THE CHEAP DVD PLAYERS ARE NOT
MENT TO LAST VERY LONG. WHAT DO WANT FOR $20.00

Here's the support site with contact information. When you say it "quit working," how so? Does it spin up/power up? Are you having trouble playing DVDs? What model? It'll help to troubleshoot if you can give us more details.
