Problem for QPS Que! CD-Rewriter CD-RW Burner
My computerS will burn dvds but won't recognize CDs
I have this problem on both VAIO and HP Media Center m7470n. Both will burn DVDs but not CDs I'm wondering if my installing PINNACLE video editing caused this on the HP. It did burn CDs at first. The VAIO would never burn a cd; both say "insert a CD' when one is inserted. I'vd tried a number of brands and both RW and regular. What to do?
