My phone is always dropping calls because it never has signal. The touch pad all messed up. I downloaded games and I can't play them because its so slow and sometimes I'm not even touching the pad and it plays by itself. Sometimes it freezes up. The battery sometimes doesn't even last a whole day. It will say that its running out but when I hang up all the bars are up. I hate this phone but since I haven't finished paying it on my RadioShack card I have to keep it because they can't do anything but send me another phone. I have a friend that has returned her phonr to the company several times and still has the same problems.

Have you accidentally turned all sounds off? I'm guessing Volume was turned off somehow.
1) Turn the phone off. 2) Restart phone. Don't touch volume controls yet. 3) go to 'Settings' and find 'Sounds'. Touch 'Sounds'. 4) go to 'Volume' and set every one to the maximum. 5) Call a friend and ask him/her to call/text/message and everything else. Does it work?
If that doesn't fix it, go to the last App or Widget you downloaded to your phone before the problem began and uninstall it. You can always re-install it. Sometimes Apps or Widgets mess with Sound and other settings in our wonderful mobile/cell phones.
If that doesn't fix it, you can always try any retail cell phone store and just ask. Most of them, when they aren't really busy, like to solve problems. They do it all day long.

try to update the mobile software via : Nokia Software Updater
if it doesnt work send it to a mobile repair store ..they must re install the firmware of your mobile model
but if it doens work too..that means they have to change the touch screen and replace a new one.
I find the HTC touch drops many more calls than other phones I've had. Just doesn't seem to be able to hold a weak signal very well. On my way home from work, I had 2 places where I dropped calls. When I got the HTC Touch, I now have about 4 or 5 places where I lose calls. One additional place is sitting at my desk at work. Very frustrating!
