My internal teac dv28e, in my toshiba sattelite laptop shows it is installed, but will not read cd's or dvd's at all, I have checked the driver and it too shows as installed...HELP Howard

I have the same problem.

CLEAN IT LENS BY A LENS CLEANER OR GET IT CLEANED BY A PRO..
