INNOVAGE digital keychain disc download pro...

I bought 3 of the portable keychains for Christmas presents, but the little disc will not download on my pc, I have been having problems with these little cds even with my mp4 it has one too. but I wanted to download pictures to the presents ahead of time and I do not know what to do about it, can you help me?? please? I have a HP and fairly new, it has windows ex. I think that is right way to say it. we have had it for almost 2 years.
