I bought this tv with a convergence problem. It was diagnosed as the convergence box. Top and bottom of the picture are arched in like a bowtie, and ghosting all over the screen, except dead center, which is probably about 80% o.k. If this sounds like the problem to you, I'd appreciate a part# and a service manual. Also, is this a high voltage component that needs discharge, or is it just straightforward r and r?
Thanks hello we just a bought a 43" Philips HD TV that does have some problems. It bowties up on the top of the screen and bottom. its messing up the colors where they are stacking on each other besides the center. the center looks good, its also looks very musty. Is this a experience repair?? What should i do? Thank you so much!!!!

When making connecions to LG RU-44SZ51D bulb, there are two black connections. One goes on end of bulb, the other connects to post on glass on side of bulb. Does it matter which goes where?
