Center of the screen is darkenned and discolored

I dropped it when i was installing it, and now i have a dark (darkened and discolored) square right in the center.. now the lamp is not broken and everything is still operational

It sounds like you have a damaged Packlight Pipe Module.
Very cheap part to have replaced.
Easiest way to check is to switch on the unit and tilt it from side to side - if the darkened bits move , you can count on it that this is your problem.
