You can't disconnect professionally installed or factory installed security systems because they are there to stop exactly what you are trying to do. OEM Factory systems are controlled via a security module or the ECM. Also, ALL cars need the key fob. You have to fix the things that are wrong, not find way around defeating it.

First thing is remove the carpets, remove the water, and spray WD40 into any connectors that you find that were under water.

Either disconnect the auto lock security system or remove the power door lock fuse. Go W / the security disconnect .if it makes you uncomfortable. Its a standard feature w/ most security systems. Good Luck, Frank M.

If it is a factory fitted system it simply can't be done, If it's an aftermarket system it's just a matter of following the wiring and reconnecting any wires that were cut when it was installed.

I ran across this site when i had my security problem. Very informative. "Do It Yourself" Stuff too. It's NOT impossible.

The sounding alarm maybe a security system installed by in the truck. Disconnecting the battery will only temporarily solve your problem, but will resume once you reconnect the battery for electrical power.

You must find the keychain/remote of the security system and disable it. If you are unable to locate this, you can have it disconnected by a qualified automotive electrician.

Word of caution though, if you are using the keyless entry system with the security system, this will be disabled until you install a receiver with such function.
