Just pull it off. You've wound the bobbin too fast. This happens all the time. Wind bobbins at no more than 1/3 speed. If youre afraid to pull it off, just unwind the bobbin by hand, and the bobbin should pull off easily.

Have you tried a new needle? Needles should be changed out before each project and if a large project, several times during the project.

Machine jams after 4 or 5 stitches. Bobbin thread locks up.

try these suggestions
change the needle
make sure the thread doesn't come off the thread take up lever--this
can jam the machine
make sure the bobbin is turned the right way in the bobbin case--this
can cause problems if the bobbin is turned the wrong way
make sure the bobbin is not warped or damaged
make sure there are no burrs in the bobbin area or on the needle

Brother CS-8150 Problems with bobbin thread

Double check to see if the bobbin is in upside down and the thread is feeding from the bobbin spool in the wrong direction.

I did this once after several years using the same machine, some days are just not as easy as they should be!

The needle is not catching the bobbin..

A bent needle or one not seated is common problem. Also the orientation of the needle is important. Make sure the flatted part is where it should be seated.

The rest of problems are usually a tension problem. As the needle comes back up, a loop should form that is caught by the shuttle and carried around the bobbin.

Hand wheel is stuck

hi there,
well, stuck up hand wheel, is due to mechanical obstruction inside machine, bushing on shafting need to oil,and on handwheel bushing near clutch there is oil port there. since hand wheel are connected to cam shaft with set of gears and pulley is coupled to motor pulley, and other linkage under bobbins, shuttle race etc, broken gears are most common causes of stuck up handwheel,we can consider also the brush carbon, when worn out and damage the rotor commutator brush.if you can open the cover of motor below side of handwheel, you can see the pulley and motor assembly.also on top of machine there an opening to see the top gear assembly, this should be done by service technician.try to bring to nearest service center if still under warranty claim this for lesser maintenance cost.have a nice day, don't forget to rate me.thank's.

Help problems with Bobbin and tread

I found that if the bobbin is not threaded correctly or if the upper thread is not adjusted properly, it will bunch on the bottom. Also, if the stabilizer is not firm enough for the material it will bunch.

I have a singer 7422. I am trying to wind the bobbin. It should be the easiest part and last time it was. Now when I turn it on nothing happens. I have the manual in front of me and have checked and...

To clarify, take the thread from the spool, through that little clip, loop it around the little metal button piece at the top (should have a diagram on top of the machine), then through one of the tiny holes in the upper side of a bobbin. Place the bobbin on the vertical bobbin winder pin/rod on top of the machine then be sure to snap that pin/rod all the way to the right to engage motor. Then try. Most of the time people forget to push the bobbin winder pin/rod to the right which leaves the machine in sewing mode rather than in bobbin winding mode. Easy mistake. ;)
