- Hi, I just experienced the same problem with the same TV for New Years Day-- what a bummer-- I have no sound what so ever, even when I disconnected all of the other equipement and just had the tv hooked up to the cable wire. It was working fine the other night then today no sound at all. I have gone into the menu screen and tried to adjust the audio from SAP to surround sound it looks like it takes the new adjustment, but when I go to the info button it shows ant A, and SAP. I read in the manual that having the audio set to SAP could be the problem, but the adjustment just doesnt take. I have also done the reset. So now what do I do, any ideas on how much this is to fix and if it is worth it?- GuestSolution #1

Sorry, you need to try and add some more detail to the problem. It could be anything from a bad connection however your TV is setup or the speakers died.
Things you could answer to help, does sound work on any source, or does it only not work on one in particular? What were the circumstances around it? What changed around the same time? Have you tried resetting the tv to factory settings?
