most I see have a dipole motor with an atomiser wheel on it..this takes the water and makes a mist out of it..your issue may be that the motor bearings are dry and need wd 40..the disc should turn freely if its stiff the blower will not turn.. needs oiled up..
There could be other problems but check and see if your igniter is not burnt out. Ours did that and tried to ignite for two days and then I found I had to change the igniter.
There are parts inside that machine that have fixed hour ratings. When they are needing to be replaced, that machine has to be serviced. Since it is not an over the counter device, you need to contact a medical specialty vendor and have it worked on. There is no parts available.
Perhaps, the tab on the filter frame, that triggers the safety switch is not making contact. Remove the filter and reinstall the filter. Make sure you push the tab firmly into the trigger slot. That should solve your problem. Please let me know.
slow blinking light means the unit is in DRY MODE.. flast blinking light means some sort of arcing or bad power supply.. if in dry mode let the unit run for an hour and it will stop blinking ..
pull out the plates and clean contacts that touch plates with rubber eraser then put plates back in check switch on back of screen to make sure its making contact.
