Smart drive 9 just turns off after first rinse

Hi there
Can you smell an awful burning smell as the machine shuts itself off, if this is the case then it sounds like the pump motor has overheated and and activated the over temp shut off on the smart drive 9 this causes the motor controller to cut out it will come back to life once the pump has cooled down or has been replaced.
only way to solve the problem is to replace the pump. to replace the pump, first turn the machine off then tilt the machine back and lean it on something(a chair or wall), look underneath, in the top right hand corner of the plastic outer boul you will see a small pump motor it has a fan on it, take the wires off the pump and there should be a white tab on the boul holding the pump on pull this tab and twist the pump anticlockwise about a quarter turn(you will need a few towels or a boul or bucket to catch the water) and it should come off putting the new pump on is as easy as taking it off.
