The best thing to do is to replace it.

It preformed it's job which was to keep your pc's protected during a storm. As a result, three of your ports no longer work.

It can be fixed but you're better off getting a new one. You'll be certain your equipment will be protected.

Last year my gable fan seemed to work fine. I

As it's protected by circuit breaker it also might be fused, so check for fuses.
Next just dig to the wiring and measure the resistance betveen Live and Neutral using simple multimeter. If there's no reading then there might be a small fuse (or thermofuse) attached to the windings, make sure this one is fine, if yes then motor windings are burned and you'll need new fan, otherwise just replace the fuse.

Good luck

91 Olds electric antenna does not work; noise continues after shu

The drive cable in your power antenna is broken. You should be able to unplug the motor or cut the ground wire. The motor is on the bottom of your antenna, under the fender.

Instrument panel

I don't know but seems to me that electrical storm did not cause this, a car is a pretty protected environment (also for the electrical equipment) for such stuff, unless you had a direct lightning hit.
I presume that a hit will be very noticable and I always heard that cars are very seldom struck and therefor are a very save place in that respect.
If it is caused by the electrical storm , I would try to disconnect the battery for a period of time and try again before replacing computer and such.(check fuses to rule everything out)

No Power to my TV after power outage

A lot of times its simply a fuse that goes out. Either way someone is going to have to open it up and inspect the fuses first. It 's a fairly inexpensive service call.

Hopefully the fuse took the hit from the storm.
