It looks like your graphics card changes the screen resolutions and/or refresh-rate to something beyond your monitor's capabilities.

After installing the drivers and the screen goes black, restart you're computer and press F8 to get the Windows advanced menu boot and choose "Enable VGA Mode".

When booted into Windows, right click on the desktop and select "properties", select the tab "Settings" and pick a really low resolution like "1024x768" and press the "Apply" button (but don't reboot yet when asked to). Next press the "Advanced" button, then select the tab "monitor" and change the monitor resolution to "default" or 60Hz.

Now restart your system and see wether Windows will boot normally. If so, you can change the resolution and refresh-rate back to you preferred values. Whenever you pick a too high resolution or refreshrate the screen will turn black again, but don't worry, don't press anything and just wait 15s, after which Windows will roll back to the previous setting ...

Can't install drivers for GeForce GT 430. "Graphics Adapter Not Found."

I am assuming that your PC is working alright connected to the onboard graphics port.
Make sure any supplementary power connectors to your video card are in place, and the card is firmly inserted into the PCIE slot.
If you try these two items with no results, you might try installing the card in a known working PC. It could be a problem with the card itself.

My geforce 9400 GT will not properly install drivers in my ASUS M2V-MX SE. When install the nvidia drivers old and new. the video card has a yellow exclamation next to it

If you uninstall the onboard driver and then update the new cards driver in device manager the problem should be solved.

If not you can always reinstall your operating system, that usually solves any driver issue.

If that doesn't work then your card is most likely not compatible with your motherboard.
