How do I know if their are updates available, my unit is 3 years old

CAN I UPDATE MY GARMIN c330 TO INCLUDE LOCATIONS IN CANADA ? IT HAS BEEN GREAT FOR ME AND I'D LIKE TO USE IT ON A TRIP TO CANADA .

They want me to purchase something to receive an update and I have only had my Garmin for 6 months. I would think the updates would be free.

I have 3 garmin c330 gps units for my famliy that i payed over $200+ dollars for,I want to update, but i was tolled by WalMart person that i had to buy 1 disk for each unit is this true or is it get more money from the people? (Thank you for your time)

No solution. I have a problem. How do I find out if there are any updates for my StreetPilotc330? Where do I find such updates? Can I download them for free?

Hello, you can check on the Garmin website to see if there is an update - http://www.garmin.com/products/sp330/ or you can go to http://www.garmin.com/unlock/update.jsp to see if there are updates to the map software. Good Luck! Dr. Know

You can update the unit's firmware for free. Go to www.garmin.com, and dowload the Web Updater software. This will check your unit's firmware (and some other software features) against Garmin's website and let you know if there are updates available. If so, you can download them for free. If you need to update your MAPS, these updates are available for purchase from Garmin. Go to the website and click on the C330. Then click on Maps. It will let you know what is available, and what it will cost you.95174195
