One channel with bad sound is most likely the station/cable or satellite provider at fault. With the channels changing on thier own look for a stuck button on the TV set such as the channel up or down. You might try unplugging the TV for 2 minutes and then trying to see if resetting fixes it.

Why i can hear faint sound on my mixing amplifier

Depends on what sound it is. If it's a hum, then it could be a fault. If the hum is on one channel then the place to look is that channel. You can compare the good channel with the bad one for clues as to what.
If it is in both channels then you are looking at the power supply. Or something common to both channels.
Hum is most often caused by Electrolytic Capacitors.
Crackling noises are caused by resistors, or transistors, or IC's.

I have a crackling sound coming from the bryston amp

You need to determine if the sound is in both channels or one. If it is one then you can use the good channel and compare it with the bad. Doing things like voltage tests or touch tests. For example using an insulated tool on the two channels to see if it buzzers on the good side it should do the same on the bad.
If the sound is on both channels then look at the power supply and anything that has both channels going into it. For example some amps use a single IC as the power amp. If that has gone it could crackle in both channels, whereas an with separate power amps for each channel would not.

Sansui aux-410r amp crackling when switched on followed by high pitched sound and other sound like vinyl played at high volume and stylus being dragged across it .can anyone help please.

This is some kind of componant fault. To find out where determine if the sound is in one channel or both. If in both it could be in the power supply or in something that has both channels common to it. If in just one channel than at least you have the good channel to work with. You can test the bad channel by poking it with an insulated tool. It should make buzzing noises. If it makes buzzing noises in the good channel and is differerent in the bad in anyway you have found something. If the sound also comes and go suspect bad soldering.

My Sunfire Cinema Grand used to be working fine, and I stored it away but recently I dusted it off to use. All channels are working for except for the Front Right. Both the Voltage and Current Source...

Crackling is not good. Sounds like it needs to be serviced if all of the connecting cables are in good working order. It can be repaired by Rita's Vintage Audio in WA state. They are expensive but good.

Sound comes and goes on the drive channel, and there is a strange crackling on the clean channel. i dont know if its the tubes, the speaker, or electronics.

Using a common lead pencil, gently tap on the smaller tubes in the unit, listening for noises and crackling to change and the drive channel changes.

It is normal to get a slight twang when doing this from the microphonics of the tubes, however, the crackling and up and down volume points to a bad tube.

Sherwood Rx4050r and right speaker has crackling noises.

Ahh, that channel is blown. Its not 100% blown. This has happened to my freind before, and from my long knowlage in audio, the channel is blown, and is not fixable. If you REALLY are attached to it, you could probably bring it to a shop that fixes receivers, but best bet is to let it go

I wanna some information about electronic rolls in car

An electronic roll-a-long switch for use in a seismic exploration system and method of seismic exploration are disclosed. For a group of N sequentially numbered receiver points, N/2 input channels are provided. Each input channel receives input from one of two receiver points which are spaced N/2 receiver points apart. The input channels are multiplexed to a data bus in an order corresponding to the sequential numbers of the receiver points comprising the input channels. :D

No output from left channel after crackling sound

Marantz SR 5200/6200 lost audio or crackling on left or right channel except in mode s-direct is now fixed !
The root cause is a defective inegrated circuit on DSP board (the one with digital inputs). To fix it change the chip CS4391 by a new one or better by the improved version CS4392. On my device a capacitor was cut close to this IC : replace one 1uF after changing the IC. For any question search me with my callsing "F5RCT"; i have a spare IC for the one who is able to change it !

Check the connections to the speaker and the receiver. Had a loose connection once that did the same thing.
