Problem for AOpen AX4B-533 Motherboard

Turn computer on, monitor doesn't activate, bios doesn't run.

Ok so I frigged up royally here. Power supply went. Changed it but before figuring out it was the pwer supply the front panel wires got unhooked. Think I have them back in right place. Turn on, screen doesn't activate (Radeon 7000 video, no on-board) No beeps to indicate anything is starting up. Standby LED flashing on motherboard, LED2 on constant. AX4B motherboard. Help, plz

Did you connect the P4 connection with out it you will just get lights and fans...

If your hard drive is not spinning up you missed the P4 connection its near your PCI slots.
