Moto Q 9h frozen on Windows Mobile screen. Tried everything...

I upgraded to an I-Phone, had my new phone activated and the sim info transferred as well. The moto q remained powered off until turned it on to clear the information, dowload files, and perform a master reset. It initally booted fine and i was able to download files to my Dell. After copying the files over, I disconected the phone and proceeded to format the microSD card from within the phone. This worked fine. I attempted to perform a master clear and for some reason the master key # did not work. I tried to perform the Master Reset and again the requested code didn't work. I presumed that it would have been the same one that I use to unlock the phone. Anyhow, I powered down and back up, now it hangs on the windows mobile screen. I tried soft reset with pulling the battery. I tried master reset by holding the power button and the center button on the navigation key. NOTHING WORKS...ugghh! Please help. I need to clear the phone to sell it. THANK YOU
