Question about Logitech Cordless Desktop EX110
We have a new cordless keyboard and when we installed it we get at the bottom of our screen a #1 which is green, A which is grey, Down arrow with line under it which is greay and a keyboard which is grey.
What are these symbols for???
Beats me (there are a zillion types of keyboards and mice) but here is what I would suggest. First click on them...if something happens you will know it. Secondly you may have installed some add-on software that is for a touch screen (which you may not have). Lastly, uninstall the software that came with it and let windows use a native driver if possible (some versions of windows will have one or allow you to select check the Microsoft website to obtain the driver). Lastly - if you are on Vista - it's conceivable you will need a different driver. Go to the new cordless keyboard mfg's site and download the latest "vista compatible" driver or just the latest. One of these should work.
