I have a SonyDCR-HC21 Camcorder. Windows Vista Ultimate Operating system. I have attached a Pinnacle Studio movie Box. Play the Video and the computer won't see my camera.

Chances are, it's a driver issue. It isn't uncommon for a new OS to "break connectivity" with a camcorder. It usually takes a few months for new drivers to be written. So I'd check with Sony for Vista drivers.
