it should show under My Computer.
Click on the start icon at the bottom left of screen, and on the right of that panel you should find My Computer. Click on that and Windows Explorer will open showing the disks and and folders available to you (at the top level). It should be there, maybe only shown as 'USB Device' or something like that, without the words 'KingWin'. If it's not there, you need to try some more involved steps. Please report if you still encounter problems

Try this. Open Start>>Run and type cmd and press enter. This will open a command prompt window. On this command prompt window type the following steps. type cd type attrib -r -h -s autorun.inf type del autorun.inf now type d: and press enter for d: drive partition. Now repeat steps 3 and 4. Similarly repeat step 5 for all your hard disk partition. Restart your system

hello try to check win xp event viewer right click on my computer manage - event viewer check under system what cause the crasch later u can click on the blue link to windows support page maybe where is a solution

hit ctrl-alt-del at the same time.
windows task manager will appear.
click on file menu and select new task (run)
type CMD and click OK
type the word explorer and hit the enter key
your desktop should appear again.
