Continues two beeps and wont boot

From the time it start beep it means either your ram or video card is not good. My recommendation would be checking to connections of the ram and the any other card you have installed on the motherboards or simply just dis connect them wait a couple seconds and connect them back properly and firmly.

P8b75-mle will not shut down

Hit control alt delete and look and see how many running programs you, most of the time it is a background running program that locks up the shut down process. On average you should have only 60 to 70 programs running. Reduce these and your start ups and shut downs will be much quicker, there are third party software that can enable you to do this with ease, or you can search google .

Asus will not turn off after shutdown

All these things point to the bios. You need to go to the Asus site for that motherboard and download an upgraded bios. There will be directions there on how to update your bios, probably both from Windows and from the system prompt.

It shutdown on and off after 2,3 5, or 7 minutes with video and audio it will shutdown more : thank (dell sx280) alex thank

It will be overheating.
1) open the casing and clean out any dust inside the machine, be very careful with individual components
2) turn on the computer with the case open and watch to see if any fans fail to start spinning
If you clean it out and the fans are all working your computer should be a bit more reliable now, otherwise it is a faulty component you will have to replace.

When im using my computer, after 5 minutes it take a shutdown or it will be hang.

Have you checked the fans? Most desktops have a fan on the rear near the power cord thats part of the power supply, and a 2nd one on the CPU. You should feel air moving or be able to see the fans running (flashlight might be helpful). Sounds like a fan isn't running and the system gets hot after 5 min and shuts off. You should be able to remove the side cover and turn it on and see if the processor fan is running. Computer stores will have processors fans, power supply fans are usually not replaceable and you'll have to replace the whole supply.

Dell Opti 270 I cannot start

That error definitely indicates that your system is overheating. Get a can of compressed air and dust out the interior. Check the fans to make sure that they are not bogged down with grime and dust. Make sure all internal fans are working properly.

If this continues to shutdown after cleaning and you are sure that all the fans are in working order you might try peeking at the heatsink/fan area (inside the case) and look at the cylinders that are marked by an X on top. Are any of these bloated or do they appear orange on top? If so, this is your problem.

I believe that the capacitors on this particular model were manufactured incorrectly and if this is the problem then you will need a new motherboard...

To turn your computer off, hold the power button in for 6 to 8 seconds. I would disconnect the fans you installed to see if you are loading your power supply. If you install a video card take it out and in a couple time to clean the contact, with the power off.
