Question about Polycom Small ClassStation VSX 8000 (223022120001)
When calling a VSX8000 unit from my VSX8000 (running software v.8.5.2) I connect just fine, stats look good, H.264 video, G.722.c.1 audio (the c.1 is new to me) with NO packet loss or jitter but I get a black screen and no audio. The other site receives the same from me. Is there a known issue? I could not find anything in the software release notes or on Polycom's support page.
