Hello,

I have a copier that I just changed the toner in and as I tried to copy a paper it came out completely black! Any ideas of what might be going on?

PUT THE OLD CARTRIDGE BACK IN AND SEE WHAT IT LOOKS LIKE. IF ALL BLANK SOME WHAT LIGHTER, YOU MAY HAVE A BAD CARTRIDGE (NEW ONE) WIPER NOT CLEANING DRUM OFF. CHECK TO SEE IF EXPOSURE LAMP IS COMING ON....IF NOT BAD LAMP...
