I had this same problem. the solution is simple if you are a little bit handy.
there is a bad valve inside. i called Whole Latte Love where i bought the machine and ordered a Steam Valve complete - Compact Frame
its part number GA-%0345.R and two O-Rings

the valve that comes with the machine is plastic and the new one is a brushed metal casing. my guess it will last for 10 years!

two screws on the back and the machine is open
near the front, by the steam wand, with a hose attached coming from the heater, is the valve, attached to the knob on the side
two more screws and the valve wrapped in a plastic housing comes out.
open the plastic housing, remove the insulated hose to the steam wand and the water/steam plastic hose that comes in. replace the valve, hook up the two hoses, but back in housing and you're done. attach back to knob on the outside, put back together and in 30 minutes, the Titanium is like new. no leaks.

it sounds daunting but is pretty easy and beats sending the machine back for repair. i can't go a morning let alone a month without coffee from my Gaggia. once repaired, the coffee is hotter too.

Hi. I've gotten to the part where one has to remove the hose, the one to the steam wand. how do you remove it? I'm stuck there. The other one had a spring clasp, and was easy. Unfortunately as well, the repair parts that came are already pre connected so the hose is attached to the valve, and I have to take that hose off too! I am assuming that it is only the valve that is leaking..

Hi, My Gaggia Titanium shows a Brew unit missing error. I have tried everything i can think of; - cleaned the inside - removed and inserted brew unit multiple times - switched machine on/off (including...

Try taking the brew unit out, and clean the area inside the machine for coffee grains before reinserting it. There's a tiny sensor for if the unit is inserted, but it can be confused if the machine gets messy inside.

Leaks water from bottom when brewing coffee or using steam unit

If it is coffee colored water, check the chamber under the white plastic valve behind the brew unit, that might be blocked with coffee grounds. If it is clean water one of the lines might need new o-rings.

The brew unit is not tamping the ground coffe properly.

Give the brew unit a good wash, then lube all the moving parts with food grade grease.
If you are able dismantle the brew unit and wash in warm soapy water, this removes coffee and any old lubricant.

Will grind the coffee beans but no water passing

Either the grind is too fine or the brew unit is blocked at the screen.

My gaggia titanium says it's brew unit is blocked

Try cleaning and relubing the brew unit.
If that fails you require a new main board.

No hot water or steam from wand.

If steam wand is not blocked then the problem is on the inside of the machine, try descaling the machine that might clear the blockage in the steam line.

Gaggia titanium is leaking water

Mine had the same problem. Take out the dreg drawer and brew unit. Then you will see a plastic cover roughly in the middle of the machine (behind where the brew unit was) that is held in place by two philips screws. Unscrew the screws and take out that small cover. It is probably filled with coffee grounds that prevent water from dripping out through a dripping hole. Clean out the grounds and you should be all set.

Gaggia titanium leaking underneath

Andy15 - Thanks - you encouraged me to do this myself.   I made a video as I did my repair.  The video making was more work than the replacement of the steam valvle.   Please check out my video if you have have to make the same repair.   Also - the technical support from WholeLatteLove was great.  http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8UgVBoFd5aE
