Disc spins but will not play

This sounds like the laser cant focus right on the disc so it keep searching. try to clean the eye of the laser with a Qtip and rubbing alcohol. Usually i make sure the the tip if fluffy with a brand name qtip, then i take another one and do it again, then i used the dry one to dry it out and i make sure that there is no forget area and no hair or dust remaining. IT gotta be PERFECTLY clean. If it still dont work, repeat the process if it does not work and you try cpl other disk without result, throw it away. We yall know electronics is dispose after use by now, thats what it is...
