Question about Nokia 6080 Cellular Phone
Hi yes this problem can be solved have you tried doing the factory reset option but remember doing this will delete anything stored on the phone like messages ringtones phone book entries.
If this dont solve your problem you will then either need to buy the flash leed and the software cd your phone model number doing this you can istall all the original software back onto the phone this will fix any missing files on the phone and also any corrupt files you might even have a virus on the phone that could have come from downloading anything onto it like ringtones pictures or the problem could just be that the dat has become corrupted.
The problem is getting the lead and software as it can cost quite a bit to buy.
You can on the other hand take your phone to a phone shop dont take it to a big shop as these will charge more but go somewhere like a market or a small mobile phone shop that is not a main one.
They should be able to reset the phone and reinstall the software this is the only way you are going to solve your problem as it is a software problem but remember what ever you decide to do you need to write down any info you need like messages phone numbers anything thats important as this will be wiped off the phone they need to do this so as they remove the error.
hope this solves your problem it should do as this is a common problem with all makes of phone let me know how you get on or if you need further assistance ok
