Model 16934 Kenmore Elite No lights

Model 16934 Kenmore Elite No lights at all on front control panel and dish washer will not run. Have replaced front control panel and electronic control assembly(eca) and still no lights. There is power to the eca. I'm at a loss. Any ideas as to the problem. I don't know what else there is to replace. Perhaps I have a bad replacement eca? Thanks, Mark
