Automatic restart boot

It is either stuck on the install process or you picked up a virus that was going around a while back. Run Virus check from a boot disk if you weren't installing Windows. If you where installing windows, format the drive and reinstall something glitched. You could try removing the file Firststart from the Main Directory but that rarely works.

Automatic restart, temperature fine (using sunbeam core contact freeezer), reinstall os doesn't fix the problem (using vista ultimate x64 better but restart still occur)

remove all expansion cards other than video and see if that has any effect. Swap out the RAM with another module, if available, or remove one module at a time if you have more than one installed.
