This could be several things.
*Defective timer
*Defective water inlet valve
*Overflow float switch. Test continuity. Switch could be stuck or debris caught under float preventing it from closing the float switch and energizing the fill valve.
These require voltage and ohm checks. You may want to call in a repair person for this.
