No. Most mono Bluetooth headsets cannot play music. You need a stereo bluetooth headset or a wired headset.

With the H721 turned on, and wearing it, press and hold both volume buttons (simultaneously) until you hear a beep. Then try making a call. If that doesn't work, repeat the process. Good luck.

If it is compatible, it will work.

Open the boom flip on your headset. Once open, press and hold both volume buttons and the call button on Motorola H721 for more than 10 seconds. The indicator light will flash blue three(3) times and then become steadily lit. The headset is now in pairing mode.

If you never set a passkey for the Bluetooth it should be 0000 or however many digits it is. I'm not exactly sure0.

I have the H715 but my iPhone only showed the H721 instead of the H715. I selected the H721, entered the passcode and connected. Called my home phone with the earpiece in and it works.
