Crystal eye webcam

How do you get The Crystal Eye Webcam to where you can see and hear other people?

I have
an acer 5520, and my webcam also stopped working. I tried everything to sort the problem with no success. I then removed all photographs from the 'pictures' directory and moved them into 'documents'. I could not believe it, the web cam started working again. As soon as any photographs are put into 'pictures' it stops working again. It seems too simple I know, but it works. Try it. My guess is that because the camera takes pictures it ties into the picture folder. When you add any of your own to the folder something beomes corrupt. WEIRD..

the most common solution is to remove or disable the hardware from device manager ,restart the computer and and reinstall or enable the driver(auto or from software support disc-depending by brand)

when i go on yahoo messenger and try to view my acer crystal eye it saying error not connected it a built-in cam what going on you think

i have a acer traqvelmate 7320, and i was not able to get the ale cer cam to work eather, UNTIL i unistalled the the hole pack, and ONLY installed teh diver for the cam.

Select webcam BISON DRIVER. and install it, and reboot your computer

HOLY ! After trying everything from downloading new drivers, to defragmenting, I was ready to give up on my acer crystal eye web cam. With nothing left to loose I tried the easy approach and simply moved my pictures into my documents folder- IT WORKED ! what the heck??? :)
