my 25 digit product key does not work and never has since i have had the computer. it keeps popping up a box asking for the key and the one i have does not work. please help

Is this an authentic product key that has come with your software? I have never seen one not work. The # is very specific and if you entere 1 key off it won't work. Make sure every # is correct and double check before you submit.
