Camera is not recognized when the camera is pluged

If you want to see the is loaded to your computer, Go to Start/Control Panel/Add & Remove Program look at if the software are installed. If you cannot see the software it means the software is not installed. If you do not have a driver of your camera you can download software in their official site. Do you know what is the brand of your camera? Visit their official site.

If you have already installed the software but the problem is still occur this is not a software problem. This is a hardware try to use another USB cable use also the other USB port of your computer.

When the problem still happen you may use the another options to fix your problem. The things you should do is you use a memory card reader. Remove your memory card in your camera insert it in the memory card reader. Plug your memory card reader to your computer. Now, you can see your pictures.
