BenQ Projector will power on...

Today, when I powered my BenQ DX650 projector on, it powered up, showed the blue BenQ loading screen and then shut off completely. I let it sit for 10 minutes with the power switch off and tried to power it on again. I have since let it sit for about an hour and when I turn on the switch, the normal button backlights don't even appear. Any suggestions?

I have the same problem.
