we have a j-380 and it has gone into lock mode after a long power outage. the book said to try push display then mode, then minus all w/in 5 seconds. Nothing happens it is still locked. Did the circut board get zapped? why won't this work? Please help, kpost

What was the cause of the power outage? How long did the outage last?
