If happens only when using doc feeder it is a spot on small glass on left below doc feeder. clean it well

clean glass - if only when copy from document feeder, check the narrow glass strip at extreme left side - use alcohol or window cleaner. You can place the paper with mark on glass to locate exact area to check

you didn't state model #, but raise your feeder up and look for the "skinny" piece of glass on left side of your large glass and make sure you clean it well.

Clean the adf scanner glass. This is the thinner strip of glass that is just to the left of the large original glass. Just lift up the top feeder and look to the left side of the glass. Clean this strip of glass with a soft cloth and some glass cleaner. Sometimes whatever is stuck to the glass is hard to get off so keep at it till it goes away. Another tip is if the line is in the middle of the copy then the "spot" to clean is going to be in the center of this strip from front to back. If the line is to the left side of your copy then the spot is going to be towards the front side.

This sound like problem with your drum unit(Open the printer and pull it out).The drum unit should be near the toner cartridges.When you pull it out the color of the drum(Big metal roller)should be all the same.If there`s a brown line around the drum you need to buy a new one.Please replay if you need any futher help!!!!

check the drum unit maybe the drum or the cleaning blade is the problem

E019 usually means the waste toner is full. I think its in the drum on these so a new drum will be required.

you copy first side normaly. then on left side open bypass deck.Put the paper, so that the side on wich you want to print is down. Automatically when you put paper in bypass, the machine ask you wich format is it ( eg. A4 ), confirm with OK, then you need to tell machine wich type of paper ( eg. plain paper ) and OK. then green copy key.
