I have cleaned the rollers and everything seems like it should work but doesn't.

I am able to scan in documents to the aficio 2027SP. i am unable to do anything with them from there. the scanned images wont sent to my email or computer, and the manual and discs are missing so i cant figure out how to change the settings.
please help!

this is a long process, if the machine is on the network, you can access the on board ram by typinjg in the address of the machine into your web browser. From there you need to enter the admin area, top left of page. Enter: admin, press the tab key twice and you should be in. From there you need to set up an address for the copier to scan to: this is done through the address book and you need to select SMB and then enter in the path to the PC
