Question about Frigidaire Control
My problem is that the sound completely went out on my screen. The audio is working on my t.v. and I tried rebooting my dvr box. What could have caused my sound to go out on every channel?
I had a tech come out and he said he had never seen my problem before and attempted several times to get the dvr box and my t.v. to "work together" but it didn't happen. I fixed the problem myself and bought a new t.v.

I too have had the same problem. Took the cable box into TW and they gave me a new box. But when I was there there were 3 other guys getting new cable boxes too. New cable box and I still have the same problem. My cable box keeps rebooting about every 4 hours. Called the 800 # and they had no idea. Said I could take it into the office and get a new cable box or have a tech come out with a new box.
