red light flashes on wireless mouse and will not work. if I push both buttons, it stays red for a moment, and then begins to flash again. oh yes, I downloaded the software again - it didn't help

- Thanks for trying to help. The mouse and receiver has worked for about 2 years with minor problems. Don't ever remember the light on mouse flashing constantly though!Popular Solutions for Microsoft Wireless Notebook
